What is the scheme?
“The UK Government is offering vouchers worth up to £3,000 to save your business money on better broadband.
Broadband Connection Vouchers will be available in 22 SuperConnected Cities
across the UK”

The voucher would only cover the initial install/setup costs for having High-Speed Business Broadband installed
(Fibre to the Cabinet / EFM / Leased Line). You would be required
to cover the monthly cost of the service as well as any hardware costs. The voucher would cover between £100 and
£3,000 towards the installation costs of High-Speed (30Mbps +) internet for your Business. Even if your business
already has a broadband connection you may still be able to apply for a voucher to upgrade to High-Speed Business
Broadband.
How do I know if I can apply?
In order to find out if you can apply for a voucher you will need to check the
Connection Vouchers Eligibility
Checker on the DCMS website. You can also find more information about the scheme there too.
1) You must have registered office and trading address in one of the above cities. You must be
an SME (Small or Medium Enterprise), Charity or Social Enterprise.
2) You must not have received more than approx. £120,000 in grants within the last three years.
3) Your connection/install must cost more than £100 to qualify (ex VAT).
4) Your connection must be for your main business premises.
5) You must sign up for a minimum 12 month contract (see
contract terms section)
6) You must be applying for High-Speed Broadband (30Mbps + Download speed) including Fibre to the Cabinet, Ethernet Final Mile and Leased Line.
What do I do once I know I am eligible?
Once you know that you are eligible you can contact the sales team to discuss your requirements. We will check the address details for the connection to confirm available services and the associated costs. We will provide a written quote for the services available to you along with details on how to claim your voucher. Until you have claimed your voucher there is no obligation to go ahead.
What if I am not eligible?
Total Web Solutions will still be able to provide service to you with a number of different contract options. Take advantage of our 24 month contract offer on all our Business Broadband services and we will cover the install costs for you (excluding Ethernet services). This could save you between £45 - £90, depending on the service that you want
