To place an order or discuss your requirements please contact our Sales Team on 0844 856 0681.
The Stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage. Download speeds may be less than the line
rates indicated and can be affected by a number of factors within and external to BT's network, Total Web Solutions' networks
and within customer premises.
Wireless speeds maybe considerably lower than the above stated rates depending on your network hardware and the environment in which
the equipment sits
*The above quoted pricing is dependent on your location, as per Ofcom ruling on market regulation. These will be split into two pricing categories:
![]() Flexible ContractYou have the choice of a 1 Months notice contract, 12 month contract or a 24 month contract on all Broadband packages. The 24 month contract is much better value as we will cover the setup fee (currently between £45 and £114).Monthly Contract: We understand that a fixed term contract may not be suitable for a variety of reasons so we offer a one month notice contract on the Small Office 20M and Office 20M products. Due to the short notice period you will have to pay the setup cost if you choose this option (currently £45 + VAT).12 Month Contract: 12 Month contracts are available as a minimum for Fibre products such as 40M and 80M only. A Setup fee of £114 is still chargeable on 12 month products.24 Month Contract: If you sign up for a 24 month contract (payable monthly by direct debit) we will not charge the setup cost (currently £45 for 20M or £114 for 40M and 80M Fibre Products). Please note: Customers taking advantage of our free migration are subject to a 24 month contract, followed by the monthly contract stated above. Monthly contract not applicable to Business 40M or Corporate 80M products. As default, all Broadband orders (including upgrades) will be placed on the Standard Care Level which carries a 40 working hour fault repair SLA. Enhanced (20 clock hours) and Premium (8 clock hours) Care Levels are also available – please contact the Sales team for more details on these options (including pricing).
Hardware
Note: Modems/Routers provided from third-party suppliers on behalf of Total Web Solutions are subject to standard supplier/manufacturer warranty for repair and replacement. Please contact the Sales team if you wish to discuss this further. Important note regarding FttC Customers requesting an install or upgrade to Fibre to the Cabinet (FttC) High-Speed Broadband will need to ensure they have a compatible vDSL Modem/Router onsite. Total Web Solutions can provide one for you (see above) or you can source your own as long as it is BT approved. BT Openreach have advised if a vDSL modem/router is not onsite on the day of the appointment it will be deemed as a Missed Appointment due to the engineer not being able to complete installation activities. Missed Appointments will carry £120.00 + VAT charge – a further appointment will then have to be scheduled with the standard install charge being applicable. Please contact the Sales team if you need to discuss compatibility of your existing router or to purchase a compatible/approved replacement. As of 28th March 2017 BT/Openreach will be ceasing support of the separate vDSL modems supplied previously as part of the installation of Fibre to the Cabinet (FttC) Broadband. As such, FttC Broadband customers will need to ensure they have a combined vDSL Modem/Router by this date - which must be BT approved – such as the above. Please contact the Sales team if you need to discuss compatibility of your existing router or to purchase a compatible/approved replacement Fault Reporting If a fault is reported on a broadband circuit it may be necessary to arrange an engineering appointment for a BT/Openreach engineer to visit the customer site to check and fix problems. Total Web Solutions will charge £49 + VAT for arranging and co-ordinating the visit with BT/Openreach, irrespective of the outcome. If an engineering appointment is requested and the engineer finds that the faults are within the customer network or equipment or that there is no fault, then the visit will be chargeable at a minimum charge of £160 + VAT (this excludes the appointment fee and any fee for wiring or equipment that might be required in order to fix the problem). Unless Total Web Solutions confirms it, no engineer visit to the premises should be authorised by the occupants (allowing an engineer access when an appointment has not been scheduled could lead to charges) Abortive Visit (Install / Repair) If an engineering appointment is made and the engineer is unable to contact the end user on arrival then an abortive visit charge (£160 + VAT) may be made. To request an engineer visit please email Technical Support or call 0844 856 0681 Cancellations If you wish to cancel your connection at any point there will be a service cancellation charge applied to your account as follows:
